Ken Kelly commented:
“We have an exceptionally capable management team, so choosing an MBO as the next step for TFP felt both natural and right. It allows us to preserve the culture, independence and values that have made TFP successful, while putting the next generation of leaders in a position to take the business forward.
TFP is in a very strong position. Our ambition is not only to maintain our market-leading position in the UK, but to build on the international growth we are already seeing across Europe, the US and APAC. I’m enormously excited about what the next chapter holds.”
Ed Hoban added:
“Having been part of TFP for the past 10 years, it is a huge privilege to have the opportunity to lead the business into its next chapter. What makes TFP special is the incredible team we have built, our unique culture, and the long-standing relationships we have with our clients, suppliers and partners around the world.
The MBO gives us the best of both worlds: continuity in the values and principles on which TFP has been built, combined with the energy and ambition of a new generation of owners. We have an outstanding team and a clear long-term plan, and I’m incredibly excited about what we can achieve together over the coming years.”
The transaction is expected to complete on or around 7 October 2026.
