As TFP continues to grow, so do the opportunities for our people to develop, take on new challenges and shape the future of our business. We’re delighted to celebrate our latest promotions across TFP, recognising colleagues across our teams and regions for their contribution, expertise and continued impact.
This year’s promotions span our teams across the UK, USA and APAC, and across Workplace, Living, Operations, Finance, Technology and Marketing. Congratulations to everyone stepping into a new role.
Strengthening our Leadership Team
Lissi Howard, Client Relationship Director
Since joining TFP in 2017, Lissi has built and sustained relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients across the business.
In her new role as Client Relationship Director, Lissi will focus on deepening client partnerships, developing new business opportunities and supporting TFP’s continued growth. Working closely with clients, industry partners and teams across the business, she will help expand TFP’s presence in the market.
Amy Carter, Associate Director, Head of UK Regions
Amy joined TFP in 2020 and has played a key role in the growth of our work across the UK, contributing to projects including Taylor Wessing, Hilti Manchester, Fortrea Leeds, 4 Angel Square Manchester and Union. As Associate Director and Head of UK Regions, Amy will lead the strategic growth of the team across both the Workplace and Living sectors.

Emilie Street, Associate Director, Workplace
Since joining TFP in 2022, Emilie has led furniture consultancy and delivery across projects of varying scales, including major headquarters for clients such as Forsters, Latham & Watkins and Google. Her promotion recognises both the impact of her work and her leadership within the team. As Associate Director, Emilie will continue to lead and develop her team, supporting delivery at scale, mentoring colleagues and driving consistency and quality across our work.
Rosie Anna Callanan, Associate Director, Living
Since joining TFP in 2021, Rosie has led FF&E consultancy and delivery across a diverse range of Living sector projects for clients including L&G, Long Harbour, Amro Living, Vertus and Related Argent.
As Associate Director, Rosie will lead the strategic growth of the TFP Living team, with a focus on diversification, international growth and greater collaboration across the business, including with UK Regions across the Living and Hospitality sectors.

Sarah, Martinez, Associate Director, Head of People
Sarah joined TFP in 2022 and has since become a core part of our People team. As Head of People, Sarah leads employee relations across our global business, alongside our approach to training and people development. She also plays an active role in initiatives that strengthen our culture and community, including TFP’s Charity Committee. Her promotion recognises the important role she plays in supporting our people and shaping our culture as TFP continues to grow.
