SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM PROMOTIONS

As our Workplace team continues to grow and evolve, we’re pleased to announce two promotions within our Senior Leadership Team at TFP.

Georgina Saunders has been promoted to Director of Workplace, UK & Europe.

Since joining TFP in 2019 as a Furniture Consultant, Georgina has led the furniture consultancy and delivery on landmark workplace projects across the UK and Europe, including The EBRD’s headquarters in Canary Wharf and Kirkland & Ellis in London, as well as projects for global brands and leading co-working operators. Her strategic mindset and collaborative leadership have been instrumental in supporting the growth of our Workplace team and building long-term client partnerships. 

In her new role, Georgina will lead our Workplace teams across the UK and Europe, driving performance and delivering consistent value for our clients and project partners. 

Sophie Murphy has been promoted to Associate Director, Workplace.

With a decade of supplier-side experience, Sophie joined TFP in 2022 and has since led the furniture consultancy and delivery on projects of varying scales, from major headquarters for clients such as Cognizant and Smiths Group, to developer-led schemes, collaborating closely with consultant teams to ensure seamless delivery. 
 

Her promotion recognises both the impact of her work and her leadership within the team. As Associate Director, Sophie leads a dedicated team of consultants, supporting delivery at scale while mentoring colleagues and driving consistency across our work.
