TFP Group Chairman, Ken Kelly, commented:
"Over the past three and a half years, Martin and Ed have proven to be an exceptional team, steering the group to remarkable growth, with turnover now exceeding £100 million this current financial year. Martin has strategically shaped our consultancy teams to enhance how we deliver and support complex projects and evolving client ambitions, and established successful offices in New York and Bangalore to support our global reach into the US and APAC regions.
Meanwhile Ed has led the group to successful appointments on a number of Europe's largest consultancy and procurement contracts and has been front and centre of our workplace success in the UK and Europe. He is now perfectly positioned to lead our global consultancy teams forward."
“In my 40-year career within the furniture industry, Ed is undoubtedly the most talented individual I've worked alongside. Our continued growth is in safe, capable and dynamic hands under his future leadership.”

On his transition to MD of Future Works, Martin added:
"Innovation is central to everything we do at TFP – we thrive on challenging conventions and driving change. We are pioneering some really exciting projects with both manufacturers and industry bodies in the areas of ESG, technology, and internationalisation, and I’m really excited by this next challenge to head this up at Future Works."
Ed Hoban, Group Sales Director, added:
“Over my last nine years at TFP, we’ve achieved great success delivering workplace projects across the UK and EU for our clients. I’m thankful for the continued support from Martin and Ken throughout this journey. As I now step into the role of leading our global consultancy, I’m excited to drive our expansion across the new international regions, empower our talented team, and continue to deliver exceptional outcomes for our global clients.”
Congratulations to both – we’re excited to see the impact of their leadership as we continue to grow.
