We’re proud to announce an exciting new chapter for The Furniture Practice, with changes to two roles within our Group Board of Directors as we continue to grow and strengthen our global team. Ed Hoban has been promoted to Group Sales Director, succeeding Martin Stocks, who moves into a new position as Managing Director of Future Works, TFP International's innovation venture.

"Over the past three and a half years, Martin and Ed have proven to be an exceptional team, steering the group to remarkable growth, with turnover now exceeding £100 million this current financial year. Martin has strategically shaped our consultancy teams to enhance how we deliver and support complex projects and evolving client ambitions, and established successful offices in New York and Bangalore to support our global reach into the US and APAC regions.
Meanwhile Ed has led the group to successful appointments on a number of Europe's largest consultancy and procurement contracts and has been front and centre of our workplace success in the UK and Europe. He is now perfectly positioned to lead our global consultancy teams forward."

On his transition to MD of Future Works, Martin added:
