FUTURE WORKS WELCOMES A NEW HEAD OF GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS

As the innovation venture of TFP, Future Works was created to tackle some of the most pressing current and future challenges facing the furniture industry. Working closely with manufacturers and industry networks, the team focuses on driving innovation in sustainability, technology, internationalisation and market intelligence, and on exploring new ways of collaborating that can help support progress across the sector.

As Future Works moves into its next phase, the team behind this work is being strengthened.

We are pleased to announce that Sophie Dillon, a long-standing member of The Furniture Practice team, will join Future Works as Head of Global Partnerships, working alongside Martin Stocks (Managing Director), Doug Bodenham (Director of Technology) and Phil Towle (Head of Sustainability).

Having joined TFP over eight years ago, Sophie began as a furniture consultant in our workplace team, delivering projects across the commercial workplace and co-working sectors, and progressed to become an Associate Director, managing teams of consultants delivering major workplace projects. In this new role, she will lead the Group’s global supply partnerships and wider supply chain strategy. Her experience gives her a clear understanding of how to unlock better ways of working between TFP, Future Works and our partners, and how strong manufacturer relationships can drive progress in sustainability and innovation.

Sophie’s appointment is an important step in our ambition for Future Works to be a go-to partner for innovation and insight, sustainability leadership, technology solutions and industry collaboration. By strengthening our global partnerships, the team can support manufacturers more effectively and open up new opportunities for growth and positive change across the sector.

We look forward to welcoming Sophie to the Future Works team and to the impact she will help drive through this work.
