Completed during the COVID-19 pandemic, the new office needed to flex to suit the new ways of working. A combination of dynamic design and furniture allowed us to create a careful balance between casually welcoming and elegantly professional.

As furniture consultant and procurement partner, we worked closely with the team to select classic pieces for every space, from executive offices and meeting rooms to breakout settings and a flexible café. It was essential that the furniture seamlessly integrates with the office’s complex IT and data requirements, so we worked alongside the designers to develop bespoke desks and meeting tables.

It was a challenge delivering the project during a global pandemic, but effective communication, accelerated ordering, and a detailed programme with strict milestones helped mitigate the risk of delays. And when problems did arise during installation, we adapted our schedule to minimise setbacks and keep the project to budget.

What the client thought

TFP's expertise in coordinating and delivering a high-end furniture specification during multiple Covid-19 lockdowns was instrumental in keeping within our programme. They really helped us make the best decisions on all aspects of our furniture investment, from both a design perspective and our functionality requirements enhancing our employees’ experience. Throughout the process we also had complete confidence in their ability to resolve and overcome any challenges that arose.

TFP’s pragmatic approach and their strong relationships with both the consultant and contractor teams were a big factor in the success of the project which overall was a stress-free experience.
