Deansgate Square is Renaker’s groundbreaking residential development, offering a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of Manchester’s city centre whilst also embracing the exciting and diverse nature of central city living. Situated in the centre of the development’s iconic four towers is The Club – a luxury amenity building spanning over 22,000 sq ft.

Tasked with creating the interiors for the amenity spaces, designer Jolie Studio sought to bring a unique, multi-sensory approach to the design. The result is a series of richly designed spaces – including tranquil lounges, an opulent dining space and an eclectic ‘tea room’ – in which residents can sit back, relax and socialise.

Providing consultancy, procurement, and delivery and installation services, we supported Jolie Studio and the Renaker team throughout the project, helping to refine the furniture package and providing peace of mind when it came to delivery and installation. Our dedicated project management team were on hand to make sure all key milestones were met.
