Wembley ARK is a thoughtfully designed co-living concept situated in the heart of Wembley, North London. As the demand for all-inclusive and flexible living soars among London’s young professionals, Wembly ARK offers comfortable studios, meticulously designed, 24/7 workspaces and a wealth of amenities, creating a vibrant community- driven environment that empowers its residents.
Co-owned by re:shape and Crosstree Real Estate, Wembley ARK seamlessly blends the best elements of co-working spaces and serviced apartments, where members enjoy exclusive access to a state-of-the-art gym, wellness studio and a variety of inspiring workspaces.
Working alongside design studio Holloway Li, we were appointed to deliver the FF&E for Wembley ARK's extensive amenity spaces, managing all furniture requirements, from supporting specification development and bespoke product design to robust budget and programme management, procurement, delivery and installation.
The aesthetic of Wembley ARK effortlessly merges elements from both domestic and hospitality environments. TFP collaborated with the design team to ensure that every furniture piece selected for the amenity spaces reflects a timeless design sensibility, with a strong focus on natural finishes and colours to complement the boldness of the artwork and accessories. The overall result in a homely, welcoming space that embodies a harmonious balance of beauty and functionality, helping residents feel at home as soon as they walk in the building.
Our in-house product designers collaborated with the client team to create bespoke pieces tailored to Wembley ARK's specific requirements, including an oak meeting table with integrated power on the ground floor, which serves as a primary workspace for residents.
