A core ambition for the project was to create a premium workspace that enabled efficient, agile and smart-based working while supporting an inclusive and purpose-led culture. The new HQ consolidates multiple London offices into a single building, providing over 900 employees with an inspiring environment to collaborate, reconnect and stay closely aligned with Diageo’s consumer-driven mission.
We worked closely with MCM and the wider project team to ensure the furniture strategy fully supported this vision. Through a series of detailed workshops, we captured organisational needs across all workfloors, breakout spaces and specialist areas including the yoga studio, wellness floor, training suites, bars and terraces. This process informed a specification that not only met Diageo’s functional requirements but also fostered inclusivity, connection and wellbeing throughout the headquarters.
