Field project manager and delivery specialist

We are looking for a Field Project Manager & Delivery Specialist based in New York to run our USA projects across multiple states, ideally with experience in office furniture, to join our US team in delivering outstanding projects

Our clients trust us to look after their furniture requirements and take complete responsibility for the process. The Field Project Manager and Delivery Specialist will oversee projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard. About you

You must have:  

  •  3-5 years experience in Field Project Management


  • Ability to lead the planning of projects in collaboration with the client, contractor, sales and finance teams

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Motivation to make environmentally conscious decisions in everything you do

  •

  • A proactive approach, can prioritise effectively and stick to deadlines


  • Ability to find solutions and solve complex problems onsite and during the order process


  • Flexibility for extensive, multi-state travel for work


  • Confidence and authority in leading install teams  


  • An awareness of ADA requirements, electrical and AV


  • Experience in field work and on-site core drill mark ups
