We worked alongside architects Perkins + Will on this project, moving The Economist into a new building with open-plan working and more storage.
The office is a mixture of open-plan desking and shared offices around the perimeter of the building. We supplied height adjustable desks, work walls to maximise storage in the shared offices, and breakout and meeting room furniture.
Storage was the main driver for this project as there was so much in the old office – housing some 50 year-old editions of the magazine! We implemented new storage solutions including over-desk storage built into the work walls.
