The latest building from StoreyBritish Land’s solution to flexible private workspace — is located on the banks of Regent’s Canal in London’s creative hub of Haggerston.

Designed by locally based architectural practice Waugh Thistleton Architects, Storey’s 6 Orsman Road is championing the use of sustainable design for flexible offices and utilises a range of sustainable practices; including reducing environmental impact by reusing or recycling materials where possible, employing renewable energy sources and introducing bio-diverse terrace landscaping.

The space, which comprises 34,000 sq. ft. across five floors, has been meticulously designed to enhance productivity and wellbeing, creating an atmosphere in which customers can feel calm, focused and inspired when using the space.

The Furniture Practice worked closely with the design team to source and procure furniture for the building’s offices and shared spaces, carefully coordinating with a variety of timber finishes specified throughout and ensuring alignment of product with the project’s guiding sustainable ethos.
