Ogier

Jersey’s leading legal and fiduciary services firm re-housed over 700 staff in a brand new ocean-fronted office in August 2010. TFP were selected to provide all furniture over 5 floors including a prestigious client-meeting suite and a canteen-cum-games area and roof terrace on the top floor.

According to Ogier’s Jersey Premises Project Manager, Tim Daniels:

“Ogier interviewed several furniture providers, both island and mainland-based, to provide a one stop shop service to completely furnish our new Esplanade offices. TFP’s expertise, experience and ability to cut through the flannel of the furniture industry and focus on the key issues of function and quality made the procurement process straight-forward. They gave appropriate product choice and made sound recommendations, sometimes challenging our pre-conceptions. They advised on project timelines, delivered mock-ups and furniture samples, and provided transparent cost schedules, ensuring that all key decision makers were satisfied with the choices being made. The installation of office furniture into our 100,000 sq ft offices was completed on time over a 5-week period in the summer of 2010, snag-free, and well-within budget.
