Jersey’s leading legal and fiduciary services firm re-housed over 700 staff in a brand new ocean-fronted office in August 2010. TFP were selected to provide all furniture over 5 floors including a prestigious client-meeting suite and a canteen-cum-games area and roof terrace on the top floor.
According to Ogier’s Jersey Premises Project Manager, Tim Daniels:

They advised on project timelines, delivered mock-ups and furniture samples, and provided transparent cost schedules, ensuring that all key decision makers were satisfied with the choices being made. The installation of office furniture into our 100,000 sq ft offices was completed on time over a 5-week period in the summer of 2010, snag-free, and well-within budget.
